Starlight House offers self check-in with keyless entry.

Your unique access information will be provided before arrival. Please use the designated entrance and make sure exterior doors are securely closed and locked whenever you leave the property.

Early check-in or late check-out is available only when approved in advance.

Parking is available in the Starlight House driveway and on the street.

Please note that the driveway to the right belongs to the neighboring Unit 2 and is not available for guest parking.

Please do not block neighboring driveways, sidewalks, gates, or other access points.

You can also scan the Wi-Fi QR code on the welcome sign for easy access.

Starlight House is equipped with Google Fiber 1 Gig high-speed internet.

Please use the thermostats to adjust the temperature to your comfort.

Ceiling fans are available throughout the home, and blackout window treatments are provided in sleeping areas.

Please return ceiling fan remotes to their wall mounts after use.

Please keep exterior doors and windows closed while the heating or air conditioning is running.

The private pool, waterfall, and outdoor spaces are yours to enjoy during your stay. Pool towels are provided in the Starlight Room closet.

Pool Heating
Pool heating to 85°F is available for $175/day plus applicable tax. 24 hours’ advance notice is recommended to allow adequate heating time, but feel free to reach out with shorter notice and we’ll accommodate when possible.

Ambient Pool Lighting
Complimentary ambient pool lighting is available upon request for evenings by the pool.

Pool Safety
Use of the pool and outdoor areas is at your own risk. No glass is permitted in or around the pool. Shatter-proof acrylic drinkware is available on the top right shelf of the cabinet to the left of the refrigerator. Please do not adjust or tamper with pool equipment or controls. For complete pool safety requirements, please see the House Rules.

You’re welcome to sign into your own streaming accounts during your stay. Please remember to sign out before checkout.

Please leave TV remotes with their corresponding TVs.

A washer and dryer are available for guest use, with starter laundry supplies provided.

Please leave the washer door open after use to allow it to air out.

Indoor trash and recycling are located to the bottom right of the kitchen sink.

The outdoor bins are located on the left side of the property when facing the house, through the front fence gate.

Please place recycling loose in the recycling bin rather than inside plastic bags.

If the indoor bins become full during your stay, please transfer trash and recycling to the appropriate outdoor bins.

Please flush toilet paper only.

Do not flush:

• Wipes of any kind, including those labeled “flushable”

• Feminine hygiene products

• Paper towels or tissues

• Cotton pads, cotton balls, or swabs

• Any other personal care or household products

Please place these items in the trash.

For a life-threatening emergency, fire, or immediate danger, call 911.

Safety Equipment

A fire extinguisher and first-aid kit are located under the kitchen sink.

Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors are installed throughout the property.

Security System

For added peace of mind, complimentary access to the home’s monitored alarm system is available upon request.

If something isn’t working properly, you notice damage, or something simply doesn’t seem quite right, please let us know as soon as possible.

Before heading out:

• Load used dishes into the dishwasher and start it.

• Place trash and recycling in the appropriate bins.

• Turn off lights, TVs, and other electronics.

• Return any household items used during your stay to their original locations.

• Check closets, drawers, outlets, and bathrooms for personal belongings.

• Close and secure all exterior doors and windows.

• Make sure the front door locks behind you when you leave.

There’s no need to strip the beds or do extensive cleaning — our cleaning team will take care of the rest.

Late checkout must be approved in advance.
